Our approach offers a synthesis of
Western and Eastern traditions and utilizes the principals of improving body
mechanics while reducing muscle tension and stiffness and providing for greater
ease of daily movement. You will be
fully draped during all treatments to ensure modesty and comfort.

Standard Massage Therapies
$40 per half hour; $70 per hour; $95 for 90
minutes (full body)
Swedish
Massage
Gentle,
relaxing, classic massage.
Deep
Tissue Massage
A
stronger massage that can incorporate trigger point body work and stretching and
provides for deep relief of muscle tension and stiffness.
Sports
Massage
Focuses
on specific areas that are overworked during a physical activity.
Adapted for different sports activities.
Head,
Neck & Hand Massage
Focuses
on relieving tight muscles which can cause headaches and assists in reducing
shoulder tension and postural concerns. Helps
to relieve overworked hand and arm muscles from extended computer and office
work. A grounding foot massage can
be included upon request.
Specialty Massage and Bodywork Therapies
Hot
Stone Massage
$90
per hour; $125 for 90 minutes
Combines
our therapist's healing touch with the penetrating therapeutic warmth of hot
stones to create lasting stress relief results and deep relaxation.
Reflexology
$30 per half hour; $60 per hour
The
hands and feet are reflexively connected to all the systems and organs of the
body. In reflexology, the therapist utilizes touch and other massage techniques
on the hands and feet to stimulate, open, and renew the whole body. More than
just an ordinary foot rub!
Reiki
& Energy Work
$30 per half hour; $60 per hour
The
practice of Reiki incorporates “universal life-force energy” to treat the
body. Light touch and non-touch
techniques are combined to heal, balance and harmonize emotionally, physically
and spiritually. Wear comfortable
clothing.
