Yoga Boot Camp June 19 - July 25. Thursdays,
5:30 p.m. Pre-registration suggested! This
5-week series focuses on building core strength to take your yoga
practice to another level. This series will benefit yogis of
all levels in building functional strength through long held
poses. Classes include pranayama, asana and meditation.
